Lash Refill Policy Lash refills are available only for existing clients who received a full set with us within the last 2 weeks. Refills are designed to replace shed lashes and maintain your original look. To qualify for a refill: • Must be within 14 days of your last appointment • At least 40–50% of extensions remaining • Lashes must be clean and in good condition If more than 2 weeks have passed or there is not enough retention, a full set will be required.
